 Traditionally, in Tor Browser (for desktop), security level {{{Medium-
 High}}} would make NoScript disable JavaScript "by default on all non-
 HTTPS sites" by setting {{{noscript.globalHttpsWhitelist}}} to {{{true}}}.
 However, the current release of NoScript Anywhere++ (v3.5a14) does not
 appear to support global HTTPS JavaScript whitelisting.
