 The other issue here is that it is my opinion that the "home user
 GoodBadISP" page should simply be a clear warning discouraging people to
 do so at all. Maybe there's one already, I didn't check just now.

 So I would actually vote to focus this page on hosting services (and their
 ISPs when applicable, but mostly tor operators end up interacting with
 hosting services more than ISPs, as I recall), and renaming it something
 like GoodBadHosting.

 I think mainly this is a page for "powerusers" that's not greatly labelled
 and ends up attracting the wrong people, who'll just end up being raided
 :(

 This is just my opinion, what do you guys think?
