 We are working on the tpo.org redesign and we are going to need an
 illustrator for our new website illustrations.

 '''Motivation'''

 Nowadays, websites are pretty modular and standard. Illos help to
 translate the Tor brand voice and tone with a visual anchor. So with them,
 we can make a unique speech about privacy.

 '''Concept'''

 I like the idea of having characters. Wierd, unique and fantastic people
 make the Tor Community awesome. We are encouraging individuals to be their
 selfs, so I'd like to reinforce this idea.

 Illustrations are going to be placed on the website but also are going to
 be part of the Tor brand language. So, we can use them on Blog posts,
 social media, t-shirts, etc.

 For sure, we will follow some trends, but in any case, we are becoming
 trendy. People should breathe The Tor project brand across mediums.

 '''Process'''

  * We present a couple of options based on the brand voice and tone to
 stakeholders (moodboards).
  * Stakeholders cannot imagine how the style will work on the website, but
 they feel what is close or what not with the idea they have about the
 brand; so we make a choice.
  * We define the illustrators' short-list who we are going to reach that
 follows the pre-selected style - already started
  * We make a list of the illustrations we are going to need - already
 started
  * Picked illustrator propose us a workflow. Usually, it starts with a
 quick draft to approve. After that, he/she works on the high definition
 version of each illo.
  * Illustrator begins to work.
  * We iterate illustrations until we are happy with them [usually 1 or 2
 rounds]
  * Illustrator delivers illos.

 '''Needs'''

 '''First Approach'''

 I made 2 options for now with different illos styles that I think could
 work. I'd like to have a review from people involved. See Attachments.
