Okay, I think I've addressed all the remaining removals in `bug_27268_v4`
(https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/gk/tor-
browser.git/log/?h=bug_27268_v4) (including setting `dom.netinfo.enabled`
to `false`).
Yes, `privacy.use_utc_timezone` and `privacy.suppressModifierKeyEvents`
came indeed from old Tor Browser patches (#16622 and #17009 respectively)
that got upstreamed meanwhile.
As to the hotfix mechanism: that's now part of the
[https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/Go_Faster/When_To_Use_System_Add-ons Go
Faster] mechanism using system addons. We disable that in #19890, so we
are good.
