Comment:

 We've decided to rate limit the Tor Bridge - 50KB is a safe default for
 ten devices.

 The QoS scripts by Mike are available in the Tor contrib directory. They
 should be optionally applied if the user desires them - this will allow
 the user using eth1 as a NAT to have their personal traffic prioritized
 over any traffic the Tor bridge might generate for Tor network related
 activities.
