 Personally, I think we should not overengineer this. There is no point in
 cramming all (possible) different third party circuits in the torbutton
 menu. I think a reasonable way would be, especially given the patches in
 #3455, to show the circuit like shown in the mockup in comment:12 AND ONLY
 add a dropdown arrow or something showing a detailed circuit status for
 the page if there are additional, different circuits.
