 Can you add something to the procmail recipe to get a copy of the messages
 coming in so we can test to see if procmail is properly changing that
 header?

 Something like this would work:

 {{{
 :0
 * ^DKIM-Signature:
 {
         :0 HBfw
         * ? dkimverify
                 | formail -I "X-DKIM-Authentication-Results: pass"

         :0
         /path/to/file
 }
 }}}

 Then we can send a test and inspect what is put in /path/to/file to see if
 it is properly replacing that X-DKIM-Authentication-Results header with
 the "pass" or not. If it is doing that fine, then there is something else
 going on in /srv/bridges.torproject.org/etc/estmprc-bridgedb-deliver
