 This updated patch tries to delay updating parsedFilesAfter until after
 the archive can be validated on opening. This ensures that when archive
 parse history is later added, it will not contain malformed archives. It
 also ensures that upon detecting and replacing the malformed archive, the
 fixed archive will be parsed as expected.
