 The following IP addresses are not in the microdesc DB and also unknown to
 Atlas and check.torproject.org, yet Tor built circuits that exit through
 them:

 185.65.134.74
 46.166.137.241
 77.247.182.241

 I will attach a sample screenshot from torstatus.blutmagie.de.
