Comment:

 Thanks for catching this, andrea. We want to allow people to store history
 if they really want to, though. There are three adversaries: Local,
 Network, and Sever, and we want to allow people who don't care about one
 of Local or Network to choose that for themselves. I think the right way
 to do this is to let "Private Browsing Mode" in Firefox handle this, as
 they care about the Local adversary. See also #3100.
