 If you don't like the fact that my `BlindedPubKey` contains two group
 elements, find a good security argument for a cryptosystem satisfying the
 properties that I specified above in which `BlindedPubKey` contains only
 one group element.  Ed25519 with only `A` blinded may indeed be secure; I
 stopped trying to prove it secure because I didn't need to in order to
 solve this problem.

 (Also, it would be nice to find a concise, meaningful term for such a
 cryptosystem.)
