 Sorry about the late reply - Summer flu got me.

 Swappiness
 {{{
 root@tor1:~#  cat /proc/sys/vm/swappiness
 60
 }}}
 smem -kwt  added to memory logger.

 DisableAllSwap 1 configured. Had to add
 {{{
   capability sys_resource,
   capability ipc_lock,
 }}}
 to apparmor config for tor to start it.


 Waiting for next event.
