 The wording in Tor Launcher should be ammended so that using brigdes
 (especially with a modern TP) is recommended if Tor is dangerous to use in
 the user's area. At the moment bridges are only talked about in
 censorship-circumvention/Tor-is-blocked context, which lacks this
 perspective.
