Comment (by cypherpunks):

 On connection request HS calls connection_exit_connect() then it calls
 connection_connect().
 What chance it didn't failed with local port limits just after calling of
 connect() for non-blocking socket?
 Then it wait for connection_watch_events(conn, READ_EVENT | WRITE_EVENT),
 read and write events.
 What chance read events triggered for linux for case of local port limits?
