 Interest has been expressed in making support more transparent.
 Publicizing how many of each type of support request the support team gets
 every month would help improve this. Currently lunar includes RT ticket
 frequency but then everyone agreed that using this is not ideal since it
 is hard to use an article with each ticket.

 I created the frontend for a tool (see attached) that all support
 assistants can use at the same time, it will make use of the django app
 database and user accounts that webchat already uses.
