 Ah, then I misunderstood you. I like the idea but still think we might
 want to give users some more obvious hints about the new feature (in
 addition) (and I don't want to have things flashing on about:tor). I fear
 they are just overlooking the links you have in mind otherwise. But I
 don't have a strong opinion and could live with both ideas. Thoughts?
