 Uhm, good catch.  How about we replace the first link with
 https://metrics.torproject.org/ and remove the other two links?  After
 all, we put a lot of energy into making Tor Metrics navigable.  And
 otherwise we'll have another discussion like this one whenever we change
 things on Tor Metrics, which seems bad.

 I noticed two other issues on the Tor Research that we should link while
 fixing these broken links:

  - There is no tor-assistants list anymore, and I'm not sure what to put
 there.  Maybe a link to https://www.torproject.org/about/contact.html.en ?

  - There's no "Safety Board" link on the "Tech Reports" page.
