Comment:

 there has been a temporary outage of onionoo (not providing new data for
 several hours),
 so if it was down shortly it looked like it was down for longer on RS.

 Since it is up again I consider this as closed, please reopen if you
 disagree.

 (metrics does not decide if your relay is up or not, it merely displays
 dir auth data)
