 That is a bit confusing but harmless. What happens is that Tor Browser
 checks for add-on updates but we prevent pinging Mozilla servers for
 Torbutton and Tor Launcher by setting the update url to
 `data:text/plain,`. The code is complaining then that cert validation
 fails as it expects an HTTPS URL and thus a certificate.
