 Thanks, I got it.

 I have encountered this "No running bridges" problem too. I wonder if it
 happens when a snowflake proxy comes online but it behind a kind of NAT,
 or something, such that it can't actually do WebRTC. One way to debug this
 would be to activate the snowflake log (`-log snowflake.log`) and see what
 is the final proxy it connects to before "No running bridges".
 37.218.242.151 is the fallback proxies; anything else is a wild proxy.
