 Good idea. As the comment above says the build is currently broken without
 it as libffi has some hiccups when getting cross-compiled. Disabling
 ctypes is one of my shortcuts to bypass that :) I might find some time
 tomorrow to fix it... Apart from that I am currently trying Mozilla's
 cross-compile setup. We'll see how far I get with it.
