 Here we have bundles with both obfsproxy and flash proxy. Still linux-
 only.

 I moved all the extra configuration into `torrc-defaults` and that seems
 to be working.

 These come from a933ae0aabe817e3a6fb5957ec2b88d4639eff7e of
 `https://www.bamsoftware.com/git/tor-browser-bundle.git` branch `pt`.
