 The "Signatures" (misnamed?) section on Consensus Health currently links
 to the consensus, microdesc, and vote for each authority.

 After #21377 is deployed, should it also link to the bandwidth file at:
 http://<hostname>/tor/status-vote/next/bandwidth

 (Juga, you don't need to implement this ticket.)
