 It seems that this has surfaced a bug in parsing microdescriptors.
 Sometimes there is a newline on the end of the _raw_content and sometimes
 it disappears. I've checked all the authorities and they are all putting
 newlines on the end (0x0a). This is messing up the digest when the final
 newline is missing. It is odd that it sometimes works, and sometimes
 doesn't, and seems to mostly not work when there is a family line.
