 This was originally supposed to go out on Monday, but got a bit delayed
 and we're going to push it back to tomorrow because there is a minor bug
 in Torbutton that prevents Firefox from going to check.tpo on first start.
 Mike's making a new release for that now, and once I have that I'll build
 new TBBs (since most of them are uploaded) and upload those over the
 evening and tomorrow, depending on how soon I fall asleep.
