 https://www.nifty.com => Redirect to http://www.nifty.com . If the ruleset
 for nifty.com is enabled, it causes infinite redirect.
 https://homepage.nifty.com => 403 Forbidden
 https://homepage[1-3].nifty.com/*/ => 404 Not Found

 I'm using HTTPS-Everywhere 4.0development.1 (there was no choice in the
 "Version:" pulldown).
