 Here's maybe a dumb idea: If we suspect that flashproxy-client.exe is
 being killed because by default it logs a bunch of stuff to stderr, and
 its stderr gets closed (causing whatever the Windows equivalent of "broken
 pipe" is), what if we just had obfsproxy write some stuff to stderr?

 I managed mode obfsproxy insists that logging be to a file. I tried
 hacking the `debug` log function to also print to stderr, but it didn't
 cause the process to die. I don't know if that's because the idea doesn't
 work, or because it wasn't logging anything.
