 To me, these things are suggestive, or at least interesting:
   * There is an 'ri' value set.
   * This is a server.
   * There are many, many of these messages occurring.

 And it seems that there are a couple of problems with our diagnostic:
   * If we're a relay, looking at node->rs is pointless here, since it's
 from the FLAV_NS consensus..  We need to look at the rs from our latest
 microdescriptor consensus.
   * Also, there's a typo: "Microdest digest in RS does match" should be
 "...does not match".  Fortunately, we give a different message when it
 does.
