 The target of this request is to have the websocket-server activated on
 all relays by default one day.

 So they can be accessed by projects like Peersm, or ultimately by the
 onion proxy inside browsers, as described here:
 https://lists.torproject.org/pipermail/tor-talk/2014-October/035324.html,
 while still undoable today I think this should be studied with browser
 vendors.
