 We have discussed in the Metrics team a possible future goal of curating a
 collection of papers and datasets specifically relating to the deployed
 public Tor network. This would look to be a subset of anonbib. I don't
 have the time to dive into this just now, but perhaps this is useful in
 considering the future of anonbib.
