Comment:

 The stacktrace is definitely not accurate.

 I think the next move is to compile tor with `-O0 -g` and hope we can hit
 this again with an accurate stacktrace... Also, if we can get #23753 in
 032 soon, it might help with more information.

 Postponing to 033 because we can't do much. I'll parent this ticket as
 well with the ticket that is about refactoring the channel/scheduler code.
