 I just noticed that our ASN database was last updated on March 24, 2018.
 We'll have to switch to the GeoLite2 ASN database format:
 https://dev.maxmind.com/geoip/geoip2/geolite2-asn-csv-database/. I'll work
 on this ASAP.
