 I've attached the graphic I'm seeing on the front page of
 http://www.torstatusbeta.org/

 The left-hand column has "bandwidth" ranging from 0MB to 2000MB. There's a
 line that goes from 2000MB down to 0MB over the course of the graph.

 Then there's a legend that shows one line is "observed bandwidth", and
 another identical line is "average active relays".

 Maybe if my browser had higher resolution I would discover that one of the
 lines is green and the other is not-quite-green. But I don't think you can
 squash two graphs into one graph like this and still have it be readable.
