 The [https://metrics.torproject.org/packages.html package graph] works
 again.  See the switch from bundles to languages.

 Also, I just saw that the exit list is available again.  Looks like this
 was related to the web server serving `gettor_stats.txt`.  The question
 [https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor/ticket/3977#comment:9 above]
 remains, though.  Leaving this ticket open until we have an answer.
