Comment (by karsten):

 Argh, my bad, I meant `HSCI_DONE`, not `HSCI_INTRO_SENT`. However, this
 is just a documentation bug, not a bug in the code, because I'm not
 considering HSCI_* events at all in the code, but only HSCR_* events. The
 notes should say:

  4. *acknowledged introduction*: a `CIRC` or `CIRC_MINOR` event with
 hidden service state `HSCR_ESTABLISHED_WAITING` indicates that the client
 has received an acknowledgement from the introduction point and has
 updated its internal state for the rendezvous circuit to expect a
 connection from the hidden service;

 Does that make more sense? If so, I'll update the notes and leave the
 code unchanged.

 Or do you want me to take out that substep and go back to the previous
 version with just five substeps?
