According to the description of the user the mDNSResponder itself cached
the address so I would assume this issue is about a leak between the Tor
Browser and the mDNSResponder.
Therefore it could be that the address was also listed in the Little
Snitch Network Monitor for the mDNSResponder process.
Little Snitch itself reads the DNS Cache from the mDNSResponder but does
not trigger lookups by its own and does not read the local packets.
