 Unless I am missing the reason for this...

 When one is using a {{{Bridge [transport] IP:ORPort [fingerprint]}}} in
 their {{{/etc/tor/torrc}}}, then why is it required to also set
 {{{UseBridges 1}}}?

 Couldn't Tor implicitly assume/set {{{UseBridges 1}}} then? I suggest it
 should.
