 No, there is no configuration support for doing that.

 I guess you could go into router_dump_router_to_string() and make it no
 longer write the {{{"hidden-service-dir\n"}}} entry into your descriptor.
 That might work, or it might expose some exciting bugs because nobody has
 tried it lately.

 Ultimately, collecting and serving onion service descriptors, like being
 willing to be a rendezvous point or an introduction point, is part of the
 Tor protocol, and these are things that all relays do.
