Firefox detects power management events and propogates them as keyboard
events, so a website knows when a device wakes up from sleep. Although
there are many ways a website can detect a client disappears and/or goes
offline, it seems worse that a web server can be notified when a device
wakes up from sleep (or other related events). Should these be filtered
before they reach the web api?
