 There's "New Identity" in the Torbutton which removes all cookies and
 stuff and gives you, well, a "New  Identity". You shouldn't thus install
 that addon.

 Then that's not an issue, if you want the icon to be permanently at your
 disposable open the menu then click on "Customize" at the very bottom,
 then find where the HTTPS Everywhere icon is located and then place it
 where you want it to be permanently.
