 The banner appears with and without JavaScript, on:
 * MobileSafari on iPad
 * Tor Browser on macOS
 * Google Chrome on macOS
 * Safari on macOS

 There are 3 interactive UI elements:
 * the global climate strike image link works on all platforms
 * the "Yes, I'm In" button works on all platforms, but looks bad on:
   * Google Chrome on macOS
   * Safari on macOS
   * (I'll attach some screenshots)
 * the close button "x" works on all platforms, except:
   * Tor Browser on macOS, where it is obscured by the scroll bar
     * solution: move the close button another 1-1.5x of its width to the
 left

 These issues are not blockers, but we should fix them.
