New DE-Mirror

Hello from Germany,

because I had some free resources, I decided to offer a new mirror for DE.
The files are updated every 6 hours. The certificate for https is signed 
by cacert.org

dist-Folder:

https://tor.beme-it.de/dist/

I also have the possibility to setup a FTP-mirror, but from where can I 
mirror the files? As I see it, the FTP-files are not the same as in the 
dist-Folder and FTP contains also older versions of Tor.
