Can someone tell me who/what is generating this error and why?
And yes, my relay is reachable.

This last message actually doesn't have to do with running a relay. It
sometimes shows up when you are running a hidden service and you try to
publish your hidden service descriptor to yourself.

Are you using your Tor at the time, or is it just sitting there for
those two hours?

I am not running a hidden service, but I was using Tor when it first started up for maybe 15-20 minutes or so accessing Gmail.
