[tor-relays] Running an AWS bridge on eu-west-1?

Hello all...

I have just found out about the option to run a free/low-cost bridge relay using the "Amazon EC2 cloud computing platform".
On the project's "get started" page, the only two available options seem to be a private or obfsproxy bride in Virginia, using amazon's us-east-1 servers.
Why is there no option any longer to run a bridge on any other server farm, like for example Ireland (eu-west-1)?

Thanks in advance

- Puti
