Conjure is meant to be run by ISPs, so if you are operating an ISP and have a 
big number of unused IP addresses we should talk about it. We don't have 
instructions on how to set it up, but we can help you to set it up.

If you are not running an ISP but you have a website and want to try out new 
pluggable transports I encourage you to set up a webtunnel bridge. We are 
testing webtunnel and having more bridges will be really useful for that. There 
are instructions on how to set it up here:
