I believe that is a different matter. If you run >2 relays without configuration
management and don't want to update torrc file, you probably don't want to run
in OfflineMasterKey mode either.

So this is another reason to seriously consider configuration management if you run
> 1Gbit/s of tor bandwidth. If you want to consider a state of the art relay setup.
