[tor-relays] Blocking bittorrent

Hi,
How do you block bittorrent nowadays?
I read this page:
https://gitlab.torproject.org/legacy/trac/-/wikis/BlockingBittorrent
but http://www.trackon.org/api/all doesn't work anymore because the domain is expired.
Do you know any alternatives?
