[tor-relays] Tor exit node flags explanation

Hi,

I have looked thru FAQs and docs but can't find an answer (no doubt its in front of me somewhere). 

Is there any explanation of what Tor node flags mean? Specifically the "Named" flag. It has recently been applied to my node.
