It's not going to trip any alerts.

Some relays change addresses whenever they (or their router) restarts,
because they are on a dynamic IP.

If there's going to be a significant change in your relay's bandwidth,
then it might be worth changing the keys and removing the state to
reset the bandwidth history.

If not, the system will catch up within a day or two.
