[tor-relays] Release of TheOnionBox v2!

Good Evening!
 
I've just released version 2 of 'The Onion Box', the Web based Status Monitor for Tor Relays.
The main new feature is the support for Onionoo, the Tor network status protocol.
The Box thus displays information like the bandwidth or consensus weight history as well as further data from the network status.
The README shows a nice example of what you can expect from this release.
Looking forward getting some feedback from you - if you like it or not and of course if you encounter any issues when monitoring your relay with The Onion Box.
